At Perpetual Bloom Designs, we specialise in preserving wedding bouquets and meaningful flowers as elegant, handcrafted keepsakes. Here’s how the process works:

1. Enquiry & Availability
Please contact us via the enquiry form or email to confirm availability for your date. Advance booking is highly recommended, especially for weddings and special events.

2. Full Payment to Confirm
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place and initiate preparation for your bespoke preservation piece.

3. Flower Collection or Delivery
We offer personal bouquet collection within a 50 km radius of Clane, Co. Kildare, usually the morning after your event to ensure freshness.
Alternatively, you may drop off or post your bouquet within 24–48 hours after your event. Detailed postal instructions are provided at FAQ.

4. Drying Process
Your flowers will be carefully dried over a period of 4–5 weeks using professional preservation techniques designed to maintain their natural colour and shape.

5. Design & Customisation
Once dried, the design phase begins. This typically takes an additional 1–3 weeks, depending on the product type and customisation requests.
You will receive step-by-step updates during this stage to ensure the final piece reflects your vision.

6. Communication & Updates
You’ll receive weekly updates via email or WhatsApp throughout the entire process — from flower arrival through to the final design. You're involved every step of the way.

7. Completion & Delivery
Your keepsake will be ready for collection or delivery approximately 8–10 weeks after we receive your bouquet. You will be notified once your piece is complete.
