FAQ

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

1. How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — especially for weddings! I recommend booking 2–6 months in advance to ensure availability.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
No — to secure your place, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. How long does the preservation process take?
The full process typically takes 6–8 weeks, including drying, designing, and sealing your piece.

4. How will I know what’s happening with my order?
You'll receive weekly updates via email or WhatsApp. During the design stage, I’ll send progress photos and updates to make sure it reflects your vision.

5. Can you collect my bouquet?
Yes! I offer personal collection within 50 km of Clane, Co. Kildare, usually the morning after your wedding. Alternatively, you can drop off or post your bouquet.

6. Can I post my bouquet to you?
Absolutely. Flowers should be posted within 2–3 days after your event. Wrap the stems in damp paper towel and foil, cushion inside a snug box, and use Express Post

7. What types of items can I order?
You can choose from resin trays, pressed flower frames, custom initials, clocks, and gift cards. Each piece is completely customisable.

8. Can I use flowers from a past event?
Yes, as long as the flowers are dried and well preserved, I may be able to use them. Alternatively, I can recreate the bouquet using similar dried flowers from my collection.

9. What happens if my flowers arrive damaged or wilted?
I’ll always assess the condition of the flowers upon arrival. If needed, I’ll contact you to discuss options, including using my own dried stock to enhance or recreate the arrangement.

10. Can I order a gift for someone else?
Yes! Gift cards are available and make the perfect wedding, anniversary, or memorial present. They can be emailed or posted with a personalised message.
